Shipping & Delivery 

Shipping and delivery of items is calculated based on your shipping address postcode and destination zone in accordance with the current Australia Post pricing schedule. 

Estimated delivery time is 3 - 5 business days (allow longer for interstate).

Important Shipping Information

1) Please note that although the shipping cost is calculated based on Australian Post's rate, we do use various courier delivery services for the actual delivery.

2) Rondofile is not responsible for any lost parcels, uncollected parcels delivered to POP stations and /or parcels sent to wrongly given addresses.

3) All parcel delivery is default set on "Signature on Delivery" service.

4) However in some incidences, whenever the customer is not home, and a safe place for the parcel is available, the parcel may be left.  Rondofile is not responsible for when this happens.

5) If you like to give instructions for your parcel delivery as AUTHORITY TO LEAVE  ie. ATL, message/write "ATL" to Rondofile via the "Contact Us" page, or email to Do this before or after completing checkout and quote your Order Number as Reference.

Rondofile will not make your details available to any third party and they will only be used for the purpose of our business. If you have concerns regarding your privacy, please contact us.



Ordering is done via the website however please contact Rondofile if you wish to order an item over the phone.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Pricing is clearly displayed on the website. Payment types are Paypal or Bank Deposit (Electronic Funds Transfer).
